It's a rather new feature on Export Portal and is created for experts who are gonna help other SMEs get answers on their questions and share their experience. I think that if you are interested in this matter, then you will find more information on EP Features page.

EP+ is a feature of Export Portal. Basically, it connects you with trade specialists from different countries, and they can answer questions or help you with advice.
