Check your email because you had to receive a confirmation letter. It also can go to your spam folder, so check that also.

After registration on EP, you cannot log in to your account, until your email address is confirmed.

When I have forgotten the email I used to create my account, I asked the Customer Support team and they provided me the email address used, so that I could change the password by myself.

You better ask Customer Support via LiveChat or email, they will give you the reason and the solution. I had the same issue and it was a technical problem. I was able to log in when it was fixed.
