You can start a Dispute while the Order is still active, from the "Action on Order" menu. Note, that after the Order is marked as Completed, no Disputes can be started.
You can access the “Open Dispute” only when you mark the shipment as completed. You will need to explain the issue in detail and to provide evidence, such as photos and videos of the delivered products. As soon as the dispute is started, a Manager from Export Portal will join the conversation, so that everything would be fair.
In case there is something wrong with the product delivered, you can open a dispute, from the “Action on Order” menu.
The disputes regarding the product delivery or quality should be initiated ONLY before the order is marked as completed.
