Why I cannot see my products on Export Portal when searching?

    This means you don't have the account activated, or maybe you did not mark them visible.

    I addressed this question via LiveChat and was informed that in order to see products on Export Portal all items have to be checked by their team.

    So, I had such a situation as well, I tried several times to log out and again to log in, thought that were some technical issues. I decided to contact Export Portal Customer Support and they explained to me that once your documents will be verified and your account will be activated your items will be visible.
