I didn't have to pay any fee during my registration. All my products also were also added for free.

Registering, verification and adding items is for free, no payment is needed until you decide to upgrade your account.

Before I registered, I asked the support service about the fees, and they said that it is free. When I have registered, they did not ask for any money.

I registered on Export Portal for free. However, if you want to have an Upgraded Account you have to pay of course.
