Unfortunately, you will not be able to sell tobacco products on this platform, according to company policy tobacco is prohibited.

No, Export Portal does not permit to sell tobacco/cigaretts on their platform.

I wanted to sell this kind of product, but, unfortunately they do not permit cause of the Product Listing Policy restrictions.
